Equity benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty closed at fresh record highs on Friday tracking positive global market cues.
The BSE Sensex rose for the 11th straight trading session, gaining 319.63 points, or 0.47 per cent, to end at 67,838.63. This is the longest streak of gains for Sensex since October 2007.
